Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused covers in original condition. EU and UK customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery; the 30-day window is additional.

How to return

1. Complete the form below.
2. We email a prepaid return label and the warehouse address. The return address is provided only after the form is received — do not post the parcel beforehand.
3. Pack both covers from the set. Inserts, if you added your own, stay with you.
4. Hand the parcel to the carrier on the label.

Who pays return shipping

Kind Purchases LLC pays return shipping. The prepaid label is complimentary.

Refund

Once the warehouse receives the unused pair, we refund the product price to the original payment method within 7 days. Shipping was complimentary, so there is no shipping amount to refund.

What cannot be returned

• Covers that have been used, washed, or show wear.
• Damaged, stained, or incomplete sets (both covers must come back).
• Goods returned after the 30-day window, unless required by EU/UK consumer law.
